Covid-19 Statement
We want to reassure you that our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our customers and staff, we are committed to provide a safe shopping experience for everyone.
To do this, we've enforced further hygiene processes within our facilities, and are social distancing and working from home where possible. Our web store is open for orders and we are still manufacturing goods, albeit at a reduced level, we're working hard to ensure deliveries can continue safely for you, and we're doing everything in our power to manufacture orders as quickly as possible.

Q. Can I still order?
A. Yes, you can still order online, and we're still manufacturing and delivering, however our office is closed as we are working from home where we can, so you can contact us by email.
Q. I have an existing order, will I still get my delivery?
A. Yes, if you have an order in the system you will still receive it. We are still manufacturing at the moment, but due to high demand, our new Covid-19 safety measures and the ongoing nationwide foam shortage our lead times are being effected. Please contact customer service with your order number if you'd like a status update.
Q. Can I still return my order?
A. Yes, of course. Please ensure your order is boxed and ready for collection after you've informed us you'd like to return it.
