All our deliveries are handled by an industry leading national carrier company, and will be delivered to your door between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm on a weekday of your choice.
Regrettably our carriers cannot enter any property for insurance purposes, if you live in an apartment building or block of flats then the driver will only leave the box at the external entry door or with the porter if you have one. Please ensure you have someone on hand to assist you if you need it.

However, we understand that from time to time you may have to return or exchange a chair, which is why we have the following easy to follow procedure.
Faulty & Damaged Items
We apologise if you have received a faulty or damaged item. If this is the case then please call us on 01159 780 312 and we will resolve the problem for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Don't worry the cost of return carriage for any damaged goods will be totally borne by ourselves.
If you have had a change of heart with your purchase, don't panic!. It does not affect your statutory rights to cancel. Please call our customer service team on 01159 780 312 within 14 days of receipt of goods to inform us
that you wish to return the goods.
If you are unable to return the goods yourself we are happy to take care of the entire process for you. In most cases we can arrange a convenient day for collection of your goods right then and there to save time. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We can offer this service at cost, which is £29 inc VAT per collection.
Please return the items back to us in an unused, unassembled condition and all in its original packaging and hence in a saleable condition for us. Could we also ask you to take care when repacking any items, so as to any avoid damage to them.
In addition the rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances, this does not affect your statutory right to cancel:
- In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
- In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
- To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
- The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier
When the carrier arrives to collect your goods he will already have a pre-printed sticker with our details on. He will put this on the box for you, so please do not worry about putting our name and address on the outside of the box. Our warehouse staff will receive and process the returned items and you will receive your refund. This process can take up to 14 days so please be patient.
